A challenge is a one-time season fee. We want you to be happy with GroupGauntlet — here's how refunds work.

Season fees

Paying unlocks the paid features right away (dashboard design, your own bot messages, longer challenges), so the fee is generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.

Non-US charges

We currently sell to U.S. customers only. If a payment is made from outside the U.S., it is automatically refunded and the challenge is not activated.

How to request a refund

Email support@groupgauntlet.com from the address on your account, with your challenge name. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
