Refund Policy

Here's how refunds work for each paid plan. Free plans have nothing to refund.

Season Pass

A Season Pass unlocks its features right away (dashboard design, your own bot messages, bigger and longer challenges), so it's generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.

Team plan

You can cancel a Team subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. We don't refund partial months or years, except when something went wrong on our end. Invoiced plans follow the terms on the invoice.

Non-US charges

We currently sell to U.S. customers only. If a payment is made from outside the U.S., it is automatically refunded and the challenge is not activated.

How to request a refund

Email support@groupgauntlet.com from the address on your account, with your challenge name. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
